Q1: What information should I let you know if I want to get a RIGHT quotation?

That will be great if you have specific description, or following details needed:

– box structure or types, or what kind of function you wanna to achieve;
– size of your products (Length x Width x Height,Diameter x Height) to work out a proper packaging box dimension;
– materials and surface finishing
(these 2 are quite important, always interacting with each other, we can suggest if your idea shared)
– printing colors (see below FAQ – What is CMYK / PMS?)
– quantity, "the more, the cheaper", unit prices will decrease when split the basic running setup costs and vice versa
– shipping method and price, EX-works is the common terms we quoted. Please advise your delivery address if you
need the rest terms for budget consideration.

Q2: Can you help with the design?

Absolutely YES, we have professional designers to assist you with a-hot-sale-looking design.

Q3: Can we get some samples? Any charges?

Yes, a little delivery cost paid if free stock available samples is acceptable;
samples of custom will be charged according to your request, while it's refundable in most cases.

Q4: What is CMYK/ PMS Colors?

CMYK color is CYAN, MAGENTA, YELLOW & BLACK colors,
Each color print from a separate plate in layers to create colors, CMYK is also known as four colors.

PMS stands for Pantone Matching system, PMS also known as special colors,
PMS colors are assigned specific codes for ink mixing.

A palette of fourteen basic colors are used to mix inks according to the formulas.
These special colors can be used when you need any specific shade to be printed on the boxes.

Q5: How can you guarantee your quality? If we don't satisfied your quality,how will you do?

Normally, bulk production proceed after samples confirmed with doubts cleared;
You can place the order through Alibaba Trade Assurance if you're having the quality concerns,
it can guarantee the quality, delivery and your money safe.
Also, 3rd party inspection is welcomed.

Q6 :If i want direct place bulk orders,will you make samples for me first?

Yes, samples will be made before production for your
structure & size confirmation, materials & finishing review, content & quality check.

Physical samples will be sent if time allowed, or pictures & videos if schedule limited;
Please advise if your order is urgent, we can work out a better results.

Q7:How can we guarantee the quality?

Pre-production samples are always taken before mass production, and final inspection is always carried out before shipment;

Q9:What are the delivery methods and payment terms?

Accept delivery conditions: EXW Shenzhen or DDP (delivered duty paid, import clearance included). FOB and CIF are not quoted. Accepted payment currency: USD, CNY Payment: telegraphic transfer (bank transfer) by default, 30% deposit with the balance before shipment. Other payment methods are agreed only where your requirements call for them. Letter of credit is not accepted. Export documents issued per order: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or air waybill, certificate of origin, and the batch test reports. Language: English, Chinese
